Dr. Frey attended the University of Arizona and the University of California, Irvine for his pain management training. He graduated Pepperdine University with an Executive MBA specializing in health care delivery. Guided by a Christian commitment to servant leadership and the inherent value of every human life, Dr. Frey views medicine not merely as a career, but as a calling to relieve suffering, restore hope, and honor the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
